Every member must verify their identity before they can message others. We check government-issued IDs and use a video selfie process to confirm you're talking to a real, verified person.

Secure In-App Messaging
All communication between members stays within PawShare's encrypted platform until both parties are comfortable sharing personal contact details.
Messages are encrypted end-to-end. Our moderation team monitors for suspicious activity and responds quickly to reports.
Verified Community Reviews
Every review on PawShare is written by a real member who has completed an arrangement. We don't allow anonymous or unverified reviews.
Reviews can't be edited or deleted by the reviewer after 24 hours. Responses from the reviewed member are always welcome.
Community Standards
All members agree to our community standards when they join. These cover respectful communication, animal welfare, and responsible sharing.
Breaches of community standards are investigated by our team. Repeat offenders are permanently removed from the platform.

Our support team is based in Australia and available 7 days a week. If something doesn't feel right, reach out — we take every concern seriously.

We strongly encourage a casual meet and greet before any arrangement begins. This gives everyone — including the pets — a chance to get comfortable.
